Situated in the heart of Leeds and constrained by surrounding roads and businesses, this project delivered a further 376 student accommodation studios in a concrete framed 18 storey for Vita Living.

Providing high specification living arrangements comprising individual studios supported by coffee lounges, communal dining areas, cinema room, gym and a management suite, Phoenix Flooring & Tiling were more than pleased to assist Kier Construction in delivering this complex project.

Phoenix Flooring & Tiling were able to assist with programming and installation speeds, by using our off-site cutting service to greatly reduce material on site and lifting/hoisting requirements - thereby freeing up crane facilities for other trades.
