Situated in the heart of Leeds and constrained by surrounding roads and businesses, this project delivered a further 376 student accommodation studios in a concrete framed 18 storey for Vita Living.

Providing high specification living arrangements comprising individual studios supported by coffee lounges, communal dining areas, cinema room, gym and a management suite, Phoenix Flooring were more than pleased to assist Kier Construction in delivering this complex project.

Phoenix Flooring were able to assist with programming and installation speeds, by using our off-site cutting service to greatly reduce material on site and lifting/hoisting requirements - thereby freeing up crane facilities for other trades.
