Proplex Closed Loop Recycling Scheme: A responsible and sustainable approach.
Phoenix Flooring Division is working in partnership with Protec International Ltd, delivering the market leading ClosedLoop Re-manufacturing Scheme. This enables the recovery of used Proplex and its re-process back though the re-manufacturing cycle producing new Proplex sheets.
The scheme allows for the disposal of the Proplex plastic temporary protection sheeting responsibly, through its end-of-life system. All returned waste is collected, sorted, and inspected. It is then fully recycled and reused in further production of twin wall corrugated sheeting and Proplex.
The result is a completely closed loop system, eliminating the need to dispose of waste, and resulting in a much more sustainable source of supply.
