Bringing a twist to the Leeds City Centre skyline, Springwell Gardens is a £31 million project featuring 16 storeys and 223 one, two and three-bedroomed apartments. The apartments combine a unique sail-like façade with ‘progressive inside-outside’ living.

Designed by Nick Brown Architects, the apartments feature a range of luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), carpet, carpet tiles and ceramic wall and floor tiles all installed by Phoenix Flooring & Tiling, a long-standing preferred supply chain partner to Morgan Sindall Construction Ltd.
